PADYANA PRASHASTI is awarded to Guru Mambady Subrahmanya Bhat on Dec 15th 2019 in a function held at Padyana, Karopady Village .Dr.T Sham Bhat Former Chairman KPSC, Prof M L Samaga , former President of Karnataka Yakshagana Academy and other dignitaries were present in the function.

Mambady Subrahmanya Bhat , Veteran Yakshagana Himmela Guru was honoured with "YAKSHAGANA GAURAVA PRASHASTI " of Karnataka Yakshagana Academy for the year 2018 in a function held at Kuvempu Sabhabhavana Chikmagaluru on 9.12.2019. Shri C T Ravi, Minister for Kannada and Culture , Govt of Karnatka presented the award.
The award carries a cash of Rs50000, shawl and memento.

'Kateel Sadananda Asranna Award' is presented to Mambady Subrahmnaya Bhat in a ceremony  held on Shri Kateel Durgapameshwari Temple premises on 13th October 2019.

Karnataka Yakshagana Academy Honorary Award 2018

Mambady Subrahmanya Bhat is among the five artists selected for Karnataka Yakshagana Academy Award for the Year 2018.
Mambady Subrahmanya Bhat (70 Years) has been a professional Maddale and Chende Artist in Tenkutittu style of Yakshagana in various Melas , Kateel , Dharmastala etc.
In 1968, he took up traditional Yakshagana Himmela Teaching, bhagavathige, maddale, chende. In november 2018, his Shishyas conducted golden year celebration of Guru's teaching in Townhall with a full day program and presented him with a cash Gurudakshina of Rs one lakh twenty five thousand.
His famous shishyas include: Patla Satish Shetty, Siribagilu Ramakrishna Mayya, Kumara Subrahmanya Valakunja, Bondel Satish Shetty, Nekkaremoole Ganesh Bhat, Kudrekodlu Ramamurthy, Deviprasad Talalpady, Divakara Acharya Polali, Kolyoor Bhaskara and the list goes on...

Yesterday(8.7.2019), Yakshagana Academy announced the selected list of artists for the award.

ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಿರಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ HONOUR AT AKHILA BHARATHA KANNADA SAHITHYA SAMMELAN

Veteran Yakshagana Himmela Guru Mambady Subrahmanya Bhat was honoured at the All India Kannada Sahitya Sammelan held in Dharwad on 5th January 2019.
Sammelan President Shri Chandrashekhar Kambar, Shri  Doddarange Gowda, Shri Manu Baligar honoured the "Guru" for his contribution in the field of Yakshagana(Kannada culture).
The function was held at the University Of Agricultural Science University Campus ,Dharwad .
The award carried a cash of Rs 3000, shawl and memento.
Dakshina Kannada district Sahitya Parishat President Shri Pradeep Kumar Kalkura and Kasaragod District Sahitya Parishat President Shri S V Bhat were present on the occassion.
